There has always been something magical about the mountains. It doesn’t matter if they are snow covered, dressed in autumn leaves or parched by the sun, they are still stately and beautiful.
One of my favorite photographs is the old fence post with the mountains in the background. To me it signifies retirement. It had secured what was inside the fence and protected them from the outside danger. Now it is retired.
The snow covered mountains make the rushing waterfalls and contribute to the fish filled streams. Other creatures come to feed on the fish or enjoy a cold drink of water. This fulfills nature’s cycle of life.
